Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya

Arrive in Nairobi, and a Mond Safaris representative will warmly welcome you and take you to your luxury hotel, settle into your hotel, brimming with anticipation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Explore the Nairobi City tour

After an early breakfast, you will depart to Nairobi national park (the only national park in the city in the world), then after wards visit the David Sheldrick elephant orphanage/rescue center where you will learn about their history and get to feed them.

Have lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant for lunch.

In the afternoon visit the Giraffe Center for a Rothschild giraffe experience.

Back to your hotel for an evening relaxation at your pleasure.

Early morning after breakfast, you will drive to the airport to catch your domestic flight to Bwindi airstrip, Upon arrival in Bwindi, Mond Safaris team will welcome you and drive to the hotel, later in the afternoon, you may engage in a community walk if you want or may decide to relax at the hotel as you wait for the adventure ahead.


Day 8 and 9: You will be waking up around 05:45 in the morning, and head to park headquarters for a briefing about dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking, later head into the forest with guides and start tracking, it takes approx. 2-6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas and later return to the lodge to relax

Today in the morning, you will depart Bwindi and drive to Kibale, at approx. 6-7 hrs, upon arrival, check in to your luxury lodge as you wait for tomorrow's activity.


On day 11 After breakfast, you will head to park headquarters for a briefing about dos and don’ts during chimpanzee tracking, later head into the forest with guides and start tracking, it takes approx 2-6 hours depending on the chimp's location and later return to the lodge to relax
