Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya
Arrive in Nairobi, and a Mond Safaris representative will warmly welcome you and take you to your luxury hotel, settle into your hotel, brimming with anticipation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Explore the Nairobi City tour
After an early breakfast, you will depart to Nairobi national park (the only national park in the city in the world), then after wards visit the David Sheldrick elephant orphanage/rescue center where you will learn about their history and get to feed them.
Have lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant for lunch.
In the afternoon visit the Giraffe Center for a Rothschild giraffe experience.
Back to your hotel for an evening relaxation at your pleasure.

Day 3- 5: Explore the wonders of Maasai Mara
You will fly to Maasai Mara National Reserve, upon arrival, settle in your lodge relax, and start your game drives for next 3 days exploring the wonders of Mara.

Sand River Camp overview
Nestled along the banks of the river it was named after, Sand River Camp offers an immersive safari experience within the Masai Mara National Park. The camp is unfenced, allowing wildlife to roam freely, often visible from the comfort of your room or the main lodge area.
Sand River Camp consists of 16 tented rooms, divided into two distinct sections—one with 10 rooms and the other with 6. Each camp operates independently, providing an identical experience of rustic luxury, gourmet dining, and expert-guided safaris.

Day 6: Depart Nairobi to Entebbe, Uganda
On this day after breakfast, Check out of the hotel and have the last game drive in the savannah, later you will leave Maasai Mara and fly to Entebbe Uganda International Airport via Kisumu Airport. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel for relaxation.

Day 7-9: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Early morning after breakfast, you will drive to the airport to catch your domestic flight to Bwindi airstrip, Upon arrival in Bwindi, Mond Safaris team will welcome you and drive to the hotel, later in the afternoon, you may engage in a community walk if you want or may decide to relax at the hotel as you wait for the adventure ahead.
Day 8 and 9: You will be waking up around 05:45 in the morning, and head to park headquarters for a briefing about dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking, later head into the forest with guides and start tracking, it takes approx. 2-6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas and later return to the lodge to relax

Bwindi Lodge Overview
Bwindi Lodge is one of our personal favorites in all of Uganda and certainly offers one of the most luxurious experiences in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The lodge itself is located minutes from the gorilla headquarters and from all areas of the lodge, dramatic views of the forest are on offer. The main area itself is the most impressive – there is a modern cosy fireplace, comfortable sofas and glass windows that look out to the dense, green forest. Behind the main area are 9 bandas with spacious ensuite bathrooms, a private outdoor veranda and a personal butler service. As well as the gorilla trek experience, guests can visit the Humula Forest Spa, the tea project or the famous Bwindi Bar in the town. These are a few examples of initiatives and local projects that the Volcanoes Portfolio and Bwindi Lodge are involved in.
Day 10 -11: Kibale National Park
Today in the morning, you will depart Bwindi and drive to Kibale, at approx. 6-7 hrs, upon arrival, check in to your luxury lodge as you wait for tomorrow's activity.
On day 11 After breakfast, you will head to park headquarters for a briefing about dos and don’ts during chimpanzee tracking, later head into the forest with guides and start tracking, it takes approx 2-6 hours depending on the chimp's location and later return to the lodge to relax

Day 12: Return to Entebbe
On this day, you will drive back to Entebbe where you will spend a night as you wait for tomorrow’s journey to Zanzibar beaches

On this day, you will be driven to Entebbe Airport for a commercial flight to Zanzibar beaches where you will spend 3 nights relaxing and enjoying the breeze of Zanzibar
