Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by mond safaris representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Depending on your arrival time, you may have a chance to explore Kampala or rest at the hotel in preparation for the next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and begin the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This scenic drive will take you through the rolling hills of western Uganda, passing through small towns and villages along the way. You will arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon and check into your lodge or campsite.

Day 3: Gorilla Habituation Experience in Bwindi
Today is the highlight of your trip – the gorilla habituation experience. You will wake up early and head to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting out into the forest with your guides and trackers. You will spend the day observing and learning about a gorilla family that is in the process of being habituated to human presence. This is a unique opportunity to spend more time with the gorillas than during a regular gorilla trek, and to witness their behavior and interactions up close. After a full day in the forest, you will return to your lodge or campsite for dinner and rest.

Day 4: Departure back to Kampala/ Entebbe airport
After breakfast, you will begin the journey back to Kampala. Along the way, you will stop at the Equator for a chance to stand in both hemispheres at once and take photos. You will arrive in Kampala in the afternoon and be dropped off at the airport or your hotel, depending on your travel plans. and this marks the end 4-day Gorilla Habituation safari tour in Uganda.
